- Experience owning business outcomes, driving revenue through the onsite web channel, and working in a B2C transactional model (marketplaces, e-commerce, or fintech).
- Collaborative leader who can maintain operational stability while driving visionary technology advancements
- Strong preference for Chicago-based candidates.
