The CEO has/is:
- Experienced with operationally complex grocery/retail/hospitality businesses, with a deep grasp of e-comm + physical operations
- Proven ability building/leading large teams of at least 500+ with a track record of recruiting and retaining top talent
- Strong grasp of the NYC consumer landscape
- Ability to drive digital innovation to improve customer experience and drive productivity
- Proven track record of driving EBITDA margin expansion / cost optimization
- Primarily experienced in D2C, but some exposure to B2B and/or IPO is a plus
