The Chief Revenue Officer has/is:
- Industry Experience: Ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS, selling to large enterprises
- Demonstrated track in penetrating multiple industries is ideal as is experience selling a highly technical product(s)
- EHS experience would be great but not required
- Proven track record driving revenue growth in a similar or adjacent industry; ideally in the $5-$20M range
- Leadership & Team Management: Player coach with experience growing and mentoring up-and-coming teams. Experience in hands-on mentorship by listening/critiquing team’s customer calls, meetings, etc.
- Location: Preference is to have this candidate on east coast or central time zone (with the rest of the SLT), though not a dealbreaker.
