EntryPoint VC: Seeking Co-Founder / Investing Partner

About EntryPoint
EntryPoint is a new Boston-based accelerator and venture fund designed to support top Israeli B2B startups raising Seed and Series A funding as they enter and scale in the U.S. market. Modeled after MIT’s VMS and delta v programs, EntryPoint combines a structured go-to-market curriculum with direct investment and deep engagement from leading mentors, corporates, and other founders. Our mission is to strengthen the U.S.–Israel innovation corridor while generating outsized returns.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join EntryPoint as Co-Founder/Partner—someone with the experience, credibility, and network to help us complete our fundraising, sharpen our positioning, and scale our impact.

Ideal Background

• General Partner, Managing Director, or senior executive at a venture capital or growth equity fund
• Or, executive/founder of a successful accelerator/fund (e.g., Techstars, Y Combinator)
• Experience raising and managing $15M+ investment fund
• Track record in investing and mentoring B2B startups, especially in SaaS, AI, Gen AI or cybersecurity

Key Capabilities

• Fundraising: Proven ability to raise capital from LPs (family offices, HNWIs, institutions)
• Startup Selection & Diligence: Strong pattern recognition and due diligence expertise
• Strategic Guidance: Ability to help refine program design, go-to-market support, and startup success metrics
• Ecosystem Access: Deep network of investors, operators, and corporates in Boston, and globally

Personal Attributes

• Passionate about Israel’s innovation ecosystem and its global potential
• Collaborative and founder-friendly; able to work closely with a small, driven team
